the scam is the card is valid you send they items out red to them and it is not to the card holders address they file a charge back on the credit card and claim thay they never recieved it and keep your product and get tier money back... look up charge back scam or product. i had on tey it on me i caught it be fore i sent out 5 grand worth of merchandise and only got hit with the 178 dollars woth of merchan fees. they were tring to ship it to a ups store yet they claimed it was thier wharhouse....

Add qty 20 FLuke 87V to this number.  I suspected fraud and marked the product up 25%.  He bit on it, then tried to pay with 2 credit cards that are exactly 2 digita apart.  His new alias is Paul Douglas.   The "shipping" address is a grocery store front in Chicago on Wentworth Ave.

This same phone number appeared on the email he sent.

I got the identical email and follow messages today.

This guy now is using the Name Chris Mike or David Seaman

He provides credit card number along with VCC number to pay for an order, usually parts. If you ship the goods in which will ended up in Nigeria/Indonisia. You will find three weeks later that the order is under dispute by the real card owner. They somehow offer the same card number with different VCC. Do not ship any goods and report it after checking their names and phone. They are using Magic Jacket now for the phone. It looks like the number is from the USA, but they are in Nigeria.

If you have time keep asking for other credit cards and report those too.
