Getting tired of the daily phone calls.  I don't want your paper, not here, not there, not any where. I think they hire retirees. I don't want to be mean, so I just say NO THANK YOU.  But they call every day.

Please stop calling. I missed the call, thought it was important since it was local. It just said Illinois call. No message. When you call back the message says no longer in service and/or disconnected. It is an AmeriTech line - this makes no sense at all. From other websites it claims it is the Pioneer Press. Then they should just freaking say that. However, it just shows us as an Illinois number on caller ID.

I have been receiving calls all day and night from many parts of the world, primarily Central America. The number is 847-486-9300. I call the number back and it says it is disconnected. I have answered the phone to people in Costa Rica, Nicaraga, El Salvador and the Phillippines but yet the number shows on Caller ID as 847-486-9300. I beg them each day to take me off their call list. They seem to want information to subscribe to the local Pioneer Press. I asked for a supervisor and was given then name Monique at 1-312-321-2844. We have called over 50 times. No no returns calls although they say they check the messages every day and will return the call in 24 hour period. The message on the VM for the 1-312-321-2844 says that they are the Sun Times Media / Pioneer Press. I am considering pressing harassment charges with my lawyer. However, this could just be a scam with someone outside the country looking for your credit card number.
