Recently (past two weeks) began getting calls from number; about 2-3/week. I have nothing past-due, so not sure why they're calling. No mesg left.

I recognize this number as a Chicago suburb, but otherwise it's a mystery.

Me...I pick up and  no one answers.  The name shows up at A. Youash.

this man gave a name as adam douglas, however I still do not know why he calls me. from what I have found online, he is in elgin, illinois. he has been calling me every day, 2 and 3 times a day since I got this phone number

who and what is this number and why

This is CRG, Cardinal Recovery Group.  They usually call on a 559# (702-1243), first time I have seen them on this number pn my cell phone today.  They almost always leave a message about 3 times a week.  "This is CRG with an important message regarding your settlement..."

This was a new ploy from CRG - The message: "Hi Tom, it's me Rhonda, can you go ahead & give me a call back please; 888-395-1950."    

We are trying to book a vacation, so I thought it was a travel agent & then I called...she said "I am from New Orleans, that is just how we are, we're friendly..."  

I don't do anything Tom, everything is Thomas.

This company is CRG the owner is patrick nahass... he will tell you pat ford.. manager beau kawalski he will tell you beau jones... there are 4 others that answer carrie black-cervoski alias carrie wilson... ashley black-cervoski (carries daughter)..jeremy biebers alias jeremy bockstedder...brian phillips their physical address is 2222 S. Dobson Rd. Bldng 5 ste 503, Mesa AZ 85210 if they call you contact you immediately call the firm act like you want to pay record the call very important call an attorney and pursue a law suit against them I give you my word patrick nahass will cut you a check to settle out of court... everything about this company is illigal I've seen him settle outside of court over and over again... they are not will not and have no intention of suing you the person that said they are going to sue you is sitting righy next to them heck they might even be the same person your talking too... I promise this is free money for you guarantees min. Of 5k I swear on my soul...I have friends that work there still they always change their number so I will keep all the numbers updated with this post... never ever pay these people I waw ashamed to have worked there amd god help me for all those poor people that paid... these people are pure scum

well i found new info about the thieves they used to call CRG... Credit recovery group... they have changed the name of their business to Stephen LLoyd Group, and the number listed above is the new number that they are utilizing.... at any rate this company severely breaks every law there is from the FDCPA, they will contact you at 1st from a blocked number from one of the staff here saying that they have documents to deliver to you, and a notice to appear in court that you need to be served with, which is completely false, there is no way shape or form this company can serve you with a notice to appear and more than likely aren't even within 1,000 miles from you, as they are calling from Mesa, AZ they don't have the legal right to say this to you and if you can get this on recording especially many times you can get a fat check from a civil lawsuit against these Criminal Debt Collectors, so after they call you to threaten you with a summons they will give you a # to call to get what they call a "release order" meaning that these "private locators" this is what the staff that is calling to allegedly serve you call themselves, so they give you a # to call the firm that's handeling your file, here is the funny part to this, after they yell "YOU HAVE OFFICIALLY BEEN NOTIFIED" (what does that even mean) and than slam the phone down, of course being nervous about such an aggressive call about a supoena your going to call the "firm" handeling your file, when you call the person that answers the phone is more than likely the exact same person that is allegedly delivering documents to you just with a slight change to their voice.. they will than continue to tell you that you are being pursued for "breach and fraud in the inducement of a contract" (every single word of both of these pitches are so illegal it's not even funny, and will get you a huge civil lawsuit right there alone, and this is their standard procedure so this is guaranteed what your going to get) just make sure to record every single call with these people, cause as you know the proof is in the pudding, at any rate the following info is what you will need when filing your civil suit to get a pay day from them breaking an unbelievable amount of laws stated in the FDCPA.

PnL Agency - Pat N Lori Agency - this is the company name that you will need in order to move forward as this is the FEIN name they conduct business with, also i will attach a couple links to other lawsuits that have been filed against this company so you can see that this rant is absolutely accurate, and I am the reason they have caught these civil suits being that i broke out their physical address causing them to have to shut the office doors they were at and move, not only once but twice.....

if you have questions on anything else please contact me on here and i will refer you to an attorney that will take the case on a contingency being they don' t get paid unless you do, and i will guarantee you will get a very hefty civil suit, don't settle outside of court, the judgements i am about to post one of the settled outside of court for 15,000 dollars, and could have gotten a tremenous amount more if he had recorded the calls, and didn't settle outside of court and took it in front of a judge... the way the conduct collections, is unethical, Illegal, and just requires a souless person to steal from people, especially using scare tactics!!
