Number continues to call and when I answer, all the person on the other end of the call says is "hello.... hello"  When asked who it is, they hang up.  Have had this number call me multiple times a day.

Got a call telling me I got a grant - call back and then they wanted me to send $190 to them and they would send back 7,990 to me

I got a lot of calls from this number and no answer. Finally someone offered to send me 7.800 from the government for having a good record in everything.  Gave me a code and another phone number to call. l did, and there is no answer.

called all day yesterday...finally answered and they told me it was the us goverment and that I and my phone number had been selected to receive 7800 that I don't have to pay back...told them to send it to me in writing and then they hung up...called back today and a woman this time said the same thing
