Got 2 calls today from this number... intimidating and threatening federal action for not responding. I have their message recorded.

I just got a call also from them threating federal action and appear before the grand jury.  I have the message record.

I got a call from same number name is steve martin the number is not a working number if you call it.

I got a second phone call from 850 396 9402 also threatening federal action if I did not call back ... I wish someone would actually follow-up no these idiots and take federal action on them ... I'm really getting sick of this abuse on my personal phone and my time ...

they call saying federal action and there with the treasury dept and I need to call or there going to make me see a magistrate or a grand jury. I called them on a recorded line and made them aware of it being recorded and I asked them if they were w the treasury dept he said yes my name is kevin with the US Treasury Dept ..when I responded that he was in violation of federal law by impersonating a federal agency and or employee and I sited the exact violation he told me (like a real govt employee would) to f myself 2 times then called me an a/h and hung up...im pretty sure he is  not with the US Treasury dept.. have fun with them call them back and record your calls if enough of us get the recordings we can file a federal action case and sue them for ungodly amount of damages and make calls to them to collect our money!!!

Just hang up...is a big scam. Dont even waste your time.

I just got one too..called the IRS this is a scam.

2nd call the voicemail is now full first time said it wasn't a working number

Pretending to be the US  treasury.  DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION.  The IRS will NEVER call you

I have received two messages today from this number. Steve Martin claiming I am facing criminal charges from the treasury department.

These crooks called and left 3 messages on my phone.  I new it was a SCAM.   The Treasury can find me any time they want.

got same call twice called  told them not to ever call my phone i was going to report them for fruad that they were full of s***t!

Got this caller Steve Martin...same junk as earlier comments, but today, got the same voice with same message calling from 516-544-3981.
