I got a call from this number, when u call it back it, it says the number is diconnected or no longer in service

Have no idea.Called back phone disconected

It's from the escambia county jail...

got call at 12:17am this morning (27 june 2010) on my cell. i also called it back and got the
disconnected etc message. when i answered i said,  ......"this is the police. this better be a legitimate call". there was a pause....and then someone hung it up.  no wonder they hung up if this came from the escambia county jail! i hope i scared the you know what out of them.  (and i live next door to a family of cops!!!!!)

I got a call from this number. It was an officer following up on a case I filed.

Its the Escambia County Sheriffs Office phone # (one of their lines) an officer, dispatch, etc. would be calling from that line

Seven phone calls from this number came to my cell phone during the middle of the night.  Fortunately, I keep my cell on mute during the night.  When I returned the call, the message said phone disconnected or not in service at this time.
