This number calls me, and leaves a message that says I have an important message and to call a DIFFERENT phone number (850-434-3118) to retrieve my message.  I'm not calling it because the automated message does not identify who or what company is calling. Further, I have never heard of being called by one number leaving me a message to call a different number to get another message. Sounds like the old street hawker's shell game to me. If it is a legit company, they would say "This is (company name) please call (caller's name)" not this clandestine smoke and mirrors stuff.  

Since I don't know and their messages don't tell me, I'm not calling.  Looked up the number they left me to call back on this site and it's some sort of 'collection' agency. Well, if it was a legit collection, there would be no need for the smoke and mirrors and switcho-changeo on the phone numbers.

If they are using a call center, then there still should be no problem with identifying the company that the call is being made for. I don't like the sneakiness of it all. Very suspicious. Sounds like one place using another number to make it sound legit so you will give them money without thinking and then get ripped off.
