My moms has been getting calls from this number on her cell phone too. When I call back mailbox is full. Its really getting annoying too

It was a 10 second voicemail that paused until :08 seconds in and said goodbye in a weird recorded voice

Recorded message from "student loan forgiveness center" stating that 'my loans' have been flagged for approval for forgiveness. I don't have any student loans. SPAM

This number always call and never stay on the phone or you cant call back

This number keeps calling my cell phone. When you try to call it back you hear a half second of music then a recording that says "this number is not a working number." I blocked them. If your number doesn't work neither does mine!

This number actually left a voice mail.  It's a student loan repayment program or something. Mine have been paid off for almost 20 years!
