call from this number was received on 4/30/09.  The caller hung up when I answered.  I tried calling the number back and only reached a canned voice mail.

Received a call from 1-850-725-8843.  When I answered the phone they hung up.  I called the number back and got a voice mail to donate money to the State Troopers of Florida.

He said his name was David with community service raising money for the state troopers, when I asked him David who? because I wanted to look it up on the internet, he hung up.

Recieved call from this number 850-725-8843. They called twice hung when answered and when I called back got a canned voice mail and they they hung up on me the next time I tried. In searchng info, can't find any regarding this number. Something needs to be done. Pensacola Florida

Florida State Troopers donations scam. These are not police making the calls. They are scammers who stay within the gray areas of the law by giving a small percentage to the police or, more likely, a police organization with no public relations interest, like the prison guards' union.

Called at 8:55pm on 5/29/09. I let the machine get it and they just hung up.

Florida Association State Troopers Telemartketing Call.  I received dead air after the call, so I called back. The answering machine message states that is belongs to the Florida Association State Troopers.

My Sheriff's Department is very adamant about these types of calls not being tolerated.  They actually put out a book themselves and asked people to call them if there was any problems with telemarketing harassment.  

Here is the address and website so you can call and write the association that these telemarketers are representing. There is a complaint email set up specifically for fudnraising telemarketing at dmedcalf@fastinc.org  This should tell you that they are aware of problems with these techniques and should discontinue them immediately.

Just received a call from the very same 850-725-8843 number. Very intimidating, harassing call. I've been receiving them for about a year. Who do we report this too? I called the number back and the message is it is the office of FAST. What to do? Does the state attorney handle complaints like this?

Just got a call from this number.  Gentleman on the phone stated he was from Florida State Troopers Assoc.
He was more pleasant than the last caller I had from 9545012868.
Told both men to take me off of their list and not to call.

Called but left no message.

These people are just doing their jobs, listening to some very bad verbal assaults, for the new guy, and its just a natural progression for more aggressive maneuvers, there just trying to collect money from a non-profit, and not trying to scam anyone.  Every one should have customers like they do.

I just got a very rude phone call from 850-725-0701, Florida state trooper assoc or something similar.  The man that called interupted me while I was on an important phone call and I kept trying to tell him to call me back.  However, the jerk was rude and told me that I kept interrupting him.  I will never contribute now.
