Called and silence then hung up

called me @ 1057 am... I said hello 4 times & they didnt respond so i hung up...

I could barely understand the guy who said he was calling from the Maryland Medical Compensation Department.  I told him that I work in healthcare and there is no such department - he hung up.

Hi I got a call from that number and he and another girl were joking around.. he said that his name is Jack and his accent was Indian.. I told him that I would complain to 911 for which he hang up..

I had received several calls from this number.  I asked them to remove me from their calling list.  The man with a very thick Indian accent told me he would call me over and over and harass me.  Which he has...he called 4 times, one right after the other before I just took my phone off the hook.  Where can I formally report this?

I have gotten calls from this number for weeks but I never answered & they never left a message until today. It was a man with a heavy Indian accent talking to my voice mail like someone had picked up. He kept asking for me by name which I find unsettling. My phone says it's from Florida.

I got the same thing a man with a heavy accent asking for me by name then when I said it was me he hung up.  He was a weirdo, I dont understand the meaning of the call he must not have a real job or a life.

I've received the same phone call every day for 2 weeks now. It's always a man with the thick Indian accent from a medical compensation department. I've told him several times to take me off their calling list, and they just hang up. How in the world do I get rid of them??

I keep getting these calls and they never leave a message. It says Crestview Florida.  How to stop these calls is the question of the year.

Don't know who this was and am having trouble finding it out online.

Thursday 28 May 2015 -- 1:27 pm -- Caller ID said "unknown name".  No message was left.  Many complaints about harassment from this number (checked several sites).  The number is "not in service" when called back.  Clearly considering spam.

call asking if I received medical compensation.  When I asked the company name he replied, in very poor english (possibly Chinese) that he was not calling from a company.  When I told him I do not give out personal info on the phone and suggested he send me a written request with info as to who and why then I would respond.  He then told me to "go to hell" and hung up

same thing happened to me today except he wanted to give me money from the medical compensation board for having used a blood thinner. - which is not true - he wanted my address etc where to send the money - This is a SCAM to get information - this web site is also  trying to get money - also a SCAM

Just got a call from them. Thick Indian accent, call center noise in the background. All I could understand was "Hello, I am calling from (unintelligible) how are you today?" (aside - I have some hearing loss in certain frequency ranges and echo cancellation and compression on phone lines make it challenging for me to hear certain voices)

After he repeated this twice I asked him "Sprechen Sie Deutsch?" in a loud, angry voice, at which point he started speaking (in Hindi, I assume) so I asked him "hablas Espanõl?" - and he hung up. I need to practice my French and maybe learn a little Russian or Portuguese for next time.  :-)

He is a scammer this is the info I found on him..

I had received a call from them today as well. Annoying accent and irritating tone. I just told him that I got their info on my identification system and I am going to hand it over to the police. He just hung up without saying a word.
