- N/A`Caller of this number called my younger sister's cell phone and told her that I had taken out a loan for 645.00 for a computer and I used her SS#, which is a complete lie. She asked for more information and they gave her my SS#. He gave my sister all my personal information, that I have no idea how they got! They said that I was going to be arrested and that they were going to come to my work and arrest me tomorrow if my sister didnt give them my new account information. Boy oh Boy these sorry [***] better be glad they are in a arabian country or I would track them down and march my ass right in thier office. The idiot that she talked to said he was in Chicago when she asked what State he was in. She said, sir Chicago isnt a state. What state are you in, he kept saying Chicago. That tells you something is fishy here. If you get a call from these people, DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION!!!!!!!!!!!
- Caller: Would really like to know!
- SandyThese fools are harrassing me at work, after several attempts to tell them not too call here anymore. If we were dealing with a real credit agency, they would automatically stop calling and they won't. The names I'm getting are: Sam Carter, Paul Thomas, Jennifer James.
I have a lawyer and I'm in the process of a prosecution if anyone is interested in joining me. The lawyers email address is : magruss@consumerlawcenter.com
The Federal Trade Commission believe's they are in a different country which will make it impossible for us to make them stop.
Write down everytime they call and save every message they leave.
Do not talk to them, and especially don't give them any information.
I checked my credit report for activity, and they have not made any inquiries, so right there tell me this is a fraud.
BE SAFE OUT THERE, AND DON'T GIVE THEM ANY MORE INFORMATION.
THEY HAVE ENOUGH!!!!- Caller: National Affidavid Legal Processing
- Concerned! Here is a link to an open forum discussing this topic, a massive email went out to alot of people who replied to me and were trying to all get together the forum was just started feel free to help out anyway possible, Ive left some good info up there already
http://www.baitsconsulting.net/e107_plugins/forum/forum_viewforum.php?61 - RaymondThe numbers listed all called me from the National Affidavit Processing Center claiming I owed a financial company money. I knew this was a scam and went with it until I got someone to send me an email after 20 minutes of talking with them.I ask them that I wanted to pay the amount and that I didn't have a bank account and the only payment I could make was via moeny order. After negotiating the payment method the asshold couldn't put 2 and 2 together to figure out I had done my research on these crooks. I managed to tell the guy I was going to use my brothers credit card and he then put me on hold for 10 minutes and created some lame word document invoice for the amount owed. I managed to get an emailacsinc@email.com. It's funny how I tried to reply to get all the information in writting from them and I got the following message.

- VICKEYThey called me and told me they were from FYE and that I have committed several types of fraud and I had better return their telephone call or they could not be held responsible for what ever happens a work or home. They even went as far as tracking me down at work. Somebody needs to stop these people. I get these telephone calls at least once every 3 months.I don't give them any information but somehow they seem to have all mine. They don't even call you from the same number that they leave for you to call. Foreigners I hate them they are everywhere.
- Caller: FYE
- jgreenThey called me too, read my SS# and claimed they are sueing me for something. I laughed at them and hung up. They called me a few months ago from a different number and a different story. I wish they would catch these F'er. they are annoying.
- p*ssdoffI just received two calls from this number. This last weekend I had my number changed because I was receiving 13 calls in a row, everyday from a different number but same scenario... same story as everyone else in this forum. They have my SSN (which I told them was wrong), accusing me of three crimes, say they are from Washington D.C. when I ask what state they are in. Want to give me a case number, but won't answer any questions I ask them. Too stupid to know that I KNOW they are a scam. The woman who called today finally hung up on me after I threatened to report her. Always give another number to call than the one they call from. They won't leave a message if I let it go to voicemail. I only answered this call today because it is a brand new telephone number THAT I HAVEN'T GIVEN TO ANYONE YET!!! So, how in the hell do they already have my new telephone number attached to all of my personal info? Sprint is my cell phone service provider. Anyone else receiving these calls have Sprint?
- Ryan AndersonPayday2go don't have connection with them. I am from payday2go (online loan company) I am receiving lots of call complaining about this fraud collectors and callers experienced harassment and asking them some payments. I even check our database but the callers don't have existing account with us, they are just using our company name to collect money. please visit our website at www.payday2go.com
If you received calls from them and claiming that they are calling on behalf of payday2go. Please don't believe them and report it to us at (866)742-0413.- Caller: Michael Shahammer
- C. JosephThey called me this morning and it was hard to get any info from them let alone understand them. They said they were calling on behalf of Crown Lending PDL and had too much info. I refused to speak with them about the debt and insisted that they give me the info to contact Crown Lending Directly. I was extremely persistant and equally as annoying as the guy on the other end. He gave me a phone # for Crown Lending which turns out to be National Affidavit Processing Services (GO FIGURE!) (360)350-1994. I also requested there address to send a letter (I was going to send a cease & desist letter) and he gave me the following:
101 E. Green ST
Ithaca, NY 14683
I did find contact info from Crown Lending (which I DO NOT owe) and they said they have not outsourced there collections and are getting many complaints regarding this SCAM! I gave him the info they gave me. I also want to put a stop to these CROOKS!!
Anyone know who is the phone service provider? Reverse phone look up says they are in Olympia, WA but there address is in NY?? - Herve LegerAre you always vexed about wearing what kind of dress at a banquet?
