Early morning call

Called early morning.  No message (voice mail).  Can't call back.

Very early morning call, ladies voice asked if I was Mark, I said yes and she hung up.

Very early morning call, ladies voice asked if I was Zub, I said yes and she hung up.

Heard a beep after a few seconds and then hanged up. (1/14/2008 at 1:13pm MST)

Called at 4:20am Eastern - No voice mail.

Called 5:20.  Dead air, then hang up.

Early morning call.(5:30am)  Dead air, then hang up

~12:05 am - asked for me by name and then hung up.

Annoying and harrassing phone call 0750 Zulu Time (GMT - 5 Actual) early morning hours. Caller Hung up, can't call back (yet). SIP header manipulation or caller id being spoofed, sent information to local CO (friendlies) for trace and trap.

Called at 6:30am EST, didn't answer and no voicemail. How can we stop this??

I received a call at 3:09 A.M.  No one on the other side answers.  I looked up the phone number on Google and found this is a common occurence happening.  A prank or something.  The Strange thing about this call I had my phone set to Vibrate and It rang and woke my 4 year old son and scared the crap out of my wife.  The call like reset my settings on my cell phone from vibrate to ring.

Could be collection agency.  I got these odd-hour hang-up calls a few months ago.  After finally connecting I find out that a towing company in Florida gave some creditor my michigan number (at random?) as their "work phone".  It has to be an international call, as 851 is not a US Area Code.  Other possibility is junk faxer.  If you get the call again, hook up a fax machine.  if you get a fax, name the advertiser as a defendant in a TCPA claim, and collect a fast $500 in small claims court.

Called twice around 1:30am.  Picked up first time and "they" hung up.  Second time I did not answer, no message left.

Got a call from this non sense number on the cell and on land line early in the morning. No one answered upon picking up the phone. is there a way to report this number to some agengies. Looks like this has been going on for a while.

Person called at 1:28am on Wednesday 8/13.  Rang a few times but by the time I reached for the phone stopped ringing.

Keep getting calls from area code 851 how do I stop this

Rec'd a call from 851-8084151 with "Name unavailable"  I do not answer these calls!
