These guys pretend to be a lawfirm that will sue you or garnish your wages..they dig up credit that is past the statute of limitations and threaten to sue you.. dont be afraid ask for proof of debt.. they will tell you its too late to validate the debt but that is untrue!

I don't know any one from here and want them blocked

Was called by this firm.  Message left Friday 6 Mar.  Steve left the message.  When called back Monday morning was told Steve does not work there, (later found out he is in another office). Spoke to Gary King.  Their office located in Buffalo, NY according to Gary.  He can send any proof of a debt with Peak three Holdings.  According to the website, Peak Three does not issue the loans, they put you in touch with lenders.  Gary insists my debt is with Peak Three.  Also according to him I opened it paid on for a few months and then stopped payment.  Gary can not produce any proof.  Also even though the loan is electronic he can not email any documents to me.

I am taking this to the FTC.  I've seen the complaints against Rubin and Yates along with the Alert on the Better Business Bureau site.  They've requested info since in the past few years, quite a few debt collections companies have opened in upstate NY.  As of this Month, Rubin and Yates has not responded.
