Homeward Residential (Formerly AHMSI), Calling because I'm late on payments.  Stand in line....

I just made a payment today and they are calling me....

If these scumbags would simply say who the hell they are when they call, or leave a short V/M, it would be courteous, huh??  But no, they have no decency to do that!!  GRRR!!

They called and when I answered they hung up.  They are claiming I am late with my payment, even after I  faxed them my cancelled check.  Caller ID came up as TOLL FREE 855-212-7744

They called and when i answered the phone the immediately hung up, left no message i'm trying work out a modification.but why don't they speak to me when i answer the phone other than hung me up this is harassing me, which needs to stop ASAP.

same here---if they would leave a message, maybe i would call them back!

Same here... These people just 'SEEM' to be doing their jobs, yet in all reality they're almost fraudulent in their professional mannerisms by not actually responding whence you answer or not even leaving any messages so you can respond!
Only in this way do they 'appear' to be working (for the sake of their supervisors and fellow staff personnel? Hmmmm... I wonder...or are they simply being 'coached' to treat us this way...)  yet they also can come across as having TRIED to make contact with you and act as if YOU'RE the one whom is "Out-of-Touch".... Corporate America at it's Finest!... We're the ONLY ones held accountable.. not them!
