It's United Recovery, a collection agency.  They were looking for the person who had my telephone number more than 2 yrs ago.

I am on a no call list and I am tired of these people calling me on my home phone and then calling my cell phone just after.

I answered once and the guy just kept yelling asking who I was, I felt like he should have told me who he was first

I don't want calls from this spam number

Calls me every morning but I don't answer

I get calls from this number ever morning around 8:55 and every evening around 6:30 and have for month now.  No one answers ever.

these people are rude and no respect they are calling at many times of the night.

Bill collectors had my number, trying to lOCATE/contact ex BF.  Told them if they called again is report them to the FCC.

They called my sister saying they had the authority to enter her premises to look for whoever they were looking for.

They called looking for my ex-husband and said that they will come and search my house for him. I haven't seen him in 10+ years!

These folks are not familiar with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (15 U.S.C. 1692-1692p) guide lines or, simply don't care. They have contacted a third party informing them of a case being filed through (county) court.

Chapter §804  of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (15 U.S.C. 1692-1692p) clearly states:
§804. Acquisition of location information -
Any debt collector communicating with any person other than the consumer for the purpose of acquiring location information about the consumer shall—

(1) identify himself, state that he is confirming or correcting location information concerning the consumer. This is the ONLY information they are allowed to discuss!

Not to let them know that a case is being filed through their (name of county) court.
