This unknown  number called me on Sept 20 & left a message saying they need to know my correct adress so they can mail me a summons & for me to please call 855)213-5588 to try to settle outside of court. They keep calling & leaving different 855 numbers. They say they need to know my adress. I'm not gona call to give them my adress. Its weird & unsafe to me.

Omg!!! Same thing happened to me today...

Called something about a summons for a bad check and they needed address or something and if I didn't call by 11:00 they would send a cop out to my home and business and "I have been warned" or served or something. And gave me a case number

Found that 855 is a toll-free area

Left several messages saying there is a summons for court for breaching a contract.  Gave a case number said to call by 5 pm today.  "You have officially been notified"

Got a call from this company, said they were giving me a message on behalf of "allstate mediation law firm" regarding a court case (gave me a case number that is nowhere near a court case number in the state I live in).  Googled Allstate Mediation Law Firm, and nothing came up.  Said that if this would not be taken care of, they would be sending police to my home and work.  Had an address I lived in over five years ago, and wanted me to verify my social security number.  They transferred me to a "paralegal" and when I again wouldn't verify my social security number, he got mad.  Really evasive when I would ask them anything about their company.  Wouldn't tell me what this was in regards to, and when I asked for the name of their company and state they were located in, he said "allstate" and hung up on me.  Called back and spoke to the "operator" and asked for the name of the company and their address and it was like I had asked for her first born.  Gave me a PO Box in Redding, California.

This sounds like a scam to me.
