I received a phone call from Premier Health saying my application had been approved for healthcare, vision and dental.  No name, just this number to call back.  I have not applied for any insurance.

Just like Vicki we received a phone call from 559-751-0121 that left a message to call 855-216-4367 and that it was from Premier Health saying my application had been approved for healthcare, vision and dental.  No name, just this number to call back.  I have not applied for any insurance.

I got the same message. They called me at my office for the Department of Veterans Arrairs

I got the same message on my cell and I also work for the VA.

Got a call also from Premier Health stating our application had been approved, and would pay for our medical issues.  Said her name was Rachel, and should call her back at the 855-216-4367. As others have  stated--did not apply for any insurance. Am on medicare!!

Received a call from this number saying my aplication for insurance was approved..I am looking but have not gone on the internet nor made any calls.  This is a  come on to call and accept.  I am a senior so I wonder if that is the target especially at this time of year Oct to Dec.

I also got a call from "rachel" ... i called the number back and they said "health enrollment center"... definitely a scam, but I am in the middle of getting health insurance from another carrier, so I wonder if they tapped a phone or hacked my email:(

I received the exact same message as you did from the same rep name.  And have not applied for Premier Health Ins.  Does anyone know why or how?

I already have health insurance plus Medicare. rachael sure is one busy lady. My call came in today from 559-751-0121 telling me to contact her at 855-216-4367. The message left on my phone was that I had applied and "the good news" was I was approved. If I get a chance today, I think I'll be giving Rachael a call. I'm going to see what info I can get out of them and I'll pass it on. After that's done,I'll drop the bomb and tell them to lose my phone number. I'll report them to the FTT as well as the FCC and if they again state they are premiere, I'll get an address and contact my states insurance commision, they love going after these guys

Rachel said my "Premiere Health plan application was approved" and I should call her. I did not call, knowing I never applied for a health plan. My phone number is unlisted and on the "do not call" registry. Can you stop this?

Same call telling me that I had been excepted by some "Premier Ins."  
It was on my answering machine asking me to respond.  I don't
respond to calls I don't initiat.

I got a VM today from same person, rachel, at premier health.  Calling number was 559-751-0121.  Callback was 855-216-4367.

Got put on hold.  Then man came on and asked my name.  I said that they called me, and I was interested to know who they thought they were calling.  He hung up.

The good news is that there is currently a contest to identify these scum.  The bad news is that hiding behind phone numbers like these to avoid the FCC is quite easy.

I just got a call from Rachel and the caller ID showed up as 954-671-5406.  From what I have seen from this and other postings, this is indeed a scam since I have not applied for any health benefits outside my employment.  Please be cautious.
