Canada Revenue Agency phone scam - same person, different phone number - used to use (844) 313-3153. Reported this number to our security department and to be followed up by police.

Received a call from 855-216-5972 5/30 - demanded a call back from myself or an attorney without any detail of who/why they were calling, claimed to be Officer Craig Williams.

Pretty much the same message as others have received - you or your 'attorney' better call back or else  - this was a recorded message left on my cell # at 7:15am.  The man's voice had a south-asian accent, and so didn't sound at all likely for someone calling himself 'Officer Craig Williams'.  We don't use the term 'attorney' in Canada when we mean lawyer.  He never specifies who he is representing, just that the toll free number he leaves is 'for his Division'.

Scam for sure, same thing, about the taxes, called me 3 times already. I am not sure where to report this, is there a number where to call ?

i have received two calls from this number one May 29 and one today i did not answer the one today, but did answer it yesterday and it said from CRA and I needed to call a law office ASAP the number came to my cell phone, I hung up both times.

Same call I received at 3:57 pm, officer Craig. I called the number back from one of my other number and the atmosphere on the other side seemed like a call center, to much noise. So I talk to the guy and he asked me did I received the call on the same number I am calling and I said no, his next question was that officer Williams is not here, but I can assist you. I said OK... he asked me if I know anything about the case and I said no I don't know. His accent was south asian. Then he did not speak anything and hang up the phone.My advise, I did, you don't call them back. It's a scam.

Same call as everyone above. Good one though, freaked me out for a moment!

some called from this number and told me to call them asap as this is important... don't answer it is fake call...
