They said they had a package to deliver to me

I received a recorded message & they said they had a package to be delivered to me. I have no idea who this person is. i called them back to find out what they wanted. she ask for my husband who has alzheimers & i told her i didn't know any body by that name. she wouldn't tell me what it was about.

They said they have a package for me.  Later in the message they said it was papers that were going to be delivered the my address on file.  I have had a lot of scam calls lately and think this is just another one.

Recorded message saying they were a deputy trying to deliver pkg then in second part said papers....800 calls everybody can use them?
