No voice mail left, call came up as "Toll Free Serv", if it was Boys and Girls club they should have their name show up on the call display then i would've answered it.

Three calls from this number today. I had put it on my blocked caller list last year so the call gets cut off after one ring. The real phone number for the Boys and Girls Clubs Big Brothers Big Sisters of Edmonton is 855 424-8181 (not 855 224-8181) so I don't really know who is leaving this message or who picks up any used clothing or small household items left at the door.

Beware the newest scam - calls from fakes (yes, who even leave legitimate sounding messages) who claim to be from a legitimate charity in hopes you will leave stuff on your front porch/driveway.  They don't come to pick the stuff up, but they do come to case out your home to see if anyone is there.
To be safe?  Say "no, maybe next time" and hang up.  Then look up the Charity's legitimate phone number - CALL THEM and ask them if they have a currently scheduled pick-up for your area.

Addendum:  BEWARE - number spoofing and "mirroring".

Scam artists will use the SAME LAST 4 DIGITS of the legitimate charity's phone number - in the hope that folks will recognize that and be taken in.

GO TO THE CHARITY WEBSITE before agreeing to anything and CHECK THE FULL PHONE NUMBER for the charity's location in your City.
