called defrauding financial institution, threatened did not like what i was doing, litigation dept, scott turner...callled back ncs

This Scott Turner guy called me. He has my social & said I had a credit card in Calif, which I don't even live there any more. I called the 1-855-227-2884 # & the stupid machine doesn't even work! Oh & he said his company's name is Litigation Firm, which one? Where? Not specified.

i got a call from the same 8552272884# and they said they were from North East Resolution Group. they had all my info, ss# tag# date of birth said they were going to have my license suspended if I didn't pay a debt. Said he was Atty Scott Turner and That i was being recorded,

This number keeps calling me Blocked and today again but they left me a voicemail stating it was George Wilkins saying for me to call back at 855.227.2884 and ask to be transferred to Processing Department because he needs to serve some documents to me and left a case number.. Not sure for what and who this is. Should I call this number back? How can I get this person to stop calling me. Some how they have all my informaiton and even my Company Cell phone number which is not registered to my name, and I don't even list this number anywhere. Help!

Called and impersonating a litigation firm. Threatening and harassing me. Said I owed some money for something which I never had!!!!! SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had one of these calls a couple years ago and one just recent from same guy (Scott Turner).  At that time, this Scott was saying he was a detective.  I had the local police department call this guy back.  Could only leave a message and would not call the officer back. They assured me this was a scam and would turn it over to the proper authorities.

I got the same call today but he didn't even get the county I live in correct

This "Scott Turner" has called me twice saying I was going to be served and sent a court order for a Wachovia bank debt I had, wells Fargo bought Wachovia, so nothing was held up in the transfer. His first call he asked for my attorney said he was calling from NCS I asked what that stood for he stated "Notth East Credit Solutions" yesterday's call from this same rude man stated NCS was "North East Credit Services" this time. I told him I contacted my bank and that this company holds no accounts for Wachovia! How does he have my last four of my SS# and called me by my shortened name not my full name! How can I make this stop!? The number comes up unknown now!!

Yup, colossal fake scam by a bottom-feeding debt collector. Either makes up debt you never even had, steals your info off legitimate loan applications, or buys old "charged off" debt and tried to collect it. DO NOT PAY THEM A DIME AND DO NOT BE SCARED!!!

Not only have I reported them to the Texas *and* New York State Attorney Generals, the FTC, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, BBB of Upstate NY, but also all of their local law enforcement (Erie County Sheriff, Cheektowaga PD, DA's office), and most of their Cheektowaga town representatives and attorneys. Let's just say they'll be sorry they didn't listen when I told them to stop calling me.

Northeast Credit Solutions, 3719 Union Road Ste 221, Cheektowaga, NY, tel: 855-227-2884. The individual I have spoken with is Nakita Spencer, client ID #7160. She called me at my job twice - first on November 6 and again on November 8. Insists I owe "over $1,000" for some kind of loan with a company called Cashbiz. I know what I owe and who I owe, and that ain't it. They violate the FDCPA in every way imagineable. They pose as process servers and court officials. Tell you process server is on the way to serve (get this) FELONY charges, and that my driver’s license would be suspended with the DMV. She said my social security number had been flagged for a felony charge. She said they would revoke my driver’s license and registration once they submitted it to the DMV and got their approval, and that I would be charged with a FELONY. My pretty darn good understanding of Texas law is that an unpaid payday loan is not a felony conviction, and cannot in any way have my license suspended or affect my vehicle registration.  They said I had to be served at work since I used my job to obtain the loan, and they would be forced to notify my employer of my debt. They have grossly violated the laws by posing as court officials and process servers, and threatening legal action and felony jail time for an unpaid debt. This is not only highly illegal, but also violates the FDCPA. I also believe this company is not licensed to collect within the state of Texas.  They said that because I listed my job as a reference on some type of payday loan, that my employer is now liable for my debts and will be charged with a felony. I hang up on them, they call back and ask for my employer's legal or personnel department, and tell them of my debt and insist they are on their way to serve me and my coworkers with a felony charge. They even asked to speak to the pastor of my church! When I hang up on them, they call right back and insist I am "facing felony charges." Actually pretty hilarious. The best part is that just a small amount of googling reveals they've been sued left & right for FDCPA violations.

THIS IS A SCAM.... big time. I actually got my money taken from this company called "NCW Billing" just in the past 6 wks.... They got me for a total of $500 but were going for $952, until i thought to look on computer to see if this was a scam & low and behold it def is.... So, I went to my bank had my statements read & gone over w a bank personel.She shredded the card I gave to the company , then she informed ME to put fraud alert on my credit Report & bank acct, then i was given instructions to go to my local Social Security Office to explain sito to help protect my identity. Thru the whole mess I found out alot of things dealing with this & plan to start some type of webpage that can help ppl like us from getting robbed!!!!!!

Received a call from Northeast Credit Solutions stating that i owe 890 dollars from a loan that i never took out. Called back and a woman by the name of Domique Carter had all my info, once i told her that i hadn't taken out a loan she hung up the phone. Called back and a lady who gave me a different name then what she stated when she answered the phone told me she could'nt give me the contact info to where she was located but stated that she was in Chicago and said that she worked for ADR (Andrew David & Robert). When asked why the call said it came from the Northeast Credit Soultions she could'nt give a reason why.

Northeast credit solutions called me to say I owe money to a place I never heard of.His name was Mike wagner saying he would take me to court in my county by witch is the right county to include my last 4 and some personel info.How in the Hell can my info be out there like this and how many more people they are scamming,they gave me a NRG number to verify my loan and long and behold it is NCS the same damm company.here are numbers I was given so your one up on them.Mike wagner 855-227-2884 x202 the so called NRG numbers 855-242-9670 and 877-576-2970.Don't pay a dime they can not due a thing to you and if they say small claims court tell them to gas up the bus because you are ready.Small claims can do nothing to you as for jail not happening I advise you to look up small claims court and proceedings to get better Idea of how it works.
