    GOT A CALL FROM PROGRESSIVE FINANCIAL SERVICES INC FROM Debt Collector says it was Ms. Smith at 8552288563 EXT501 and that i have a law suit and claims against me and that I have been severed and that Debt Collector will pursue my address and place of employment and that  the  documents were being sent out.

    Well its gets better Progressive Financial Services tell me that I will be arrested if you do not pay, that they will seize, garnish, attach, or sell your property or wages. Misrepresentations by the collector about
    themselves or the debt are actionable regardless of intent Protection under the FDCPA.

    got a phone call from Progressive Financial Services the representive uses false statements, such as: falsely implying that they are attorneys, that  I have committed a crime blah blah blah, and that they operate and work for a credit bureau or misrepresenting the amount of my debt, the involvement of an attorney in collecting a debt, or indicating that papers sent to you are legal forms when they are not.
    They are garbage
