Received call from this # where they offered to give me 35% off my Frontier communications bill if I paid $10 to them up front with a credit card.

I also got the same call but from different number, and now I received my bill with 25% discount...Hmmm good deal..

Missouri is the  Show Me state, so show me!  Prove to me - and all the others - that you received a 25% discount on your bill.  Give me your email address and I will email you so you can send me an image of your bill showing a discount specifying this promotional offer.  
  Don't want to give out your email address?  Now come on, you want us to pay $10 with our credit card; which gives you our credit card number.  No one can harass you through an email because you can block that sender.  So prove you are not a LIAR, and give us your proof.  I bet you tuck your tail and run like all thieves do, but I will give your the benefit of the doubt.

Just a few - 2 calls in 2 days I have received, both ludicrous, both unaware and both eastern Indians. As far as I am concerned - your only as strong as your voice - and believe me, they have small voices and are completely unsure of themselves. Last I checke - Frontier DOES NOT OUTSOURCE their calls from India. Good luck and get a real wholesome job, like Microsoft....
