    Called my sister in law twice in 2 weeks looking for me. They gave her this number AND a case number & said they wanted to serve me with a court summons within the next 3 hours.  This is absolutely NOT the way the court system operates. Any legal summons will be served in person or by postal service. Not by a phone call to a relative. AND I have had my same phone number for several years. If they can find her number they should be able to find my number & address. I'm not hard to find. I believe this is a complete scam.

    OMG thank you!!!! This EXACT thing happened to me this morning. They called my brother and told him they were summoning me for court and gave him a number and file # to call and reference.  I have been stressing out all day wondering what it could be over. Unbelievable the scams people are pulling these days!!
