called private phone; left no message

I just got a call from this number too.  On my cell.  Called, didn't leave a message and the location is listed as "unknown."

Did not answer and did not leave a message.

This number called & I answered.  They said they were representing Comcast and wanted to offer me HBO for 2 years for free because I already subscribed to Showtime.

He confirmed my name, phone number, & address.  He wanted extra information to activate the HBO.  I told him I didn't fee comfortable with it.  I asked him for the authorization code on the promotion so I could call Comcast to take advantage of the offer later.  

I didn't give the guy anything that he didn't already have.  After that call ended, I called Comcast to confirm and they said it was most likely an attempt at phishing.

I called the number back and it was Comcast cable.  They were offering a deal for two years of free HBO to me as a current Showtime subscriber, if I agreed to maintain my subscription to Showtime for that two year period.
