Got a charge on my account.

Did you order a free trial offer of LipoSLIM Extreme coffee bean extract?  If you don't cancel, they bill your credit card for $79.99 every month.  The charge on your statements shows up as WCS Maple Grove MN or WCS 8552437992.  When you call to cancel, you either get disconnected or it just rings and no one picks up.  Call your credit card company and report it ASAP.  What's worse is they published a segment of Dr. Oz's show on YouTube in which Dr. Oz was endorsing coffee bean extract.  I watched it again and realized the show clip was legitimate but there is writing overlaying the clip saying to click on the link that leads you to the LipoSLIM offer. This is fraud!

When I ordered the free trial as mentioned below I was charged on my bank statement for 4.95  :WCS 8552437992 MAPLE GROVE
How do I rectify getting further charges?

I ordered trial Lipo Slim Coffee Bean Extract.  Got charged $4.95 for two   bottles.  There were two charges on my bank account for $79.98 and $79.99 later with SCS 855-243-7992 on transaction description.

I'm not sure which part you are saying is fraud.  Did Dr. Oz show endorse it and therefore this is a legitimate company or the lipoSlim is a scam?  Furthermore, if this company is a scam then they are selling a product that does not work?

 she said that she will not charge my credit card and she even gave me a comforation numer. order has been cancelled  better be

I purchase the trial for 4.95/ trial ONLY....then a few days later they charge my debit card $79.99
WTF!! how can someone just do that!! I called & spoke to a Karla...who was very nice. I was angry to the point that i really wanted to punch someone on there face....finally she gave me a confirmation number said it has been cancelled....Still i had to cancelled my debit card... filled a fraud against these people or company..no money in the bank....with two kids under the age of 10.....not fair. !!!!

I also got all of the mentioned extra fee's.  Mad as hell also!  what's sad is some people end up paying these jerks because they don't realize they can dispute.  And yes, you can because I know I was careful not to accept any further charges and they even have two different departments charging!  the first was for the coaching at $19.95 and then there was the fee of $79.99 for the product.  No! I never signed or had it explained to me that I would get these fees if I didn't cancel.  I looked for it because it has happened in the past.  What's worse is when I called I was talking to someone in the middle east!  The worse delay in the communication and he kept putting me on hold just to tell me that he would only reduce it by half!   The best way is to call your bank or card co. to have them cancel the fee.  I also saw the Youtube flick.  Dr. Oz should make a show on these scams that are making him look bad.  Good luck!

Yes, I think you are correct in saying Dr Oz really is not endorsing "LipoSlim".  He is talking about the green coffee bean which has nothing to do with LipoSlim.  The same thing has happened to me with the auto charge on my credit card account.  I am working with them to try to get refunded the $79.99.  This is what I know.  If you do not cancel your "free" trial subscription within the 14 day trial period, they will  charge you the full amount for the trial bottle they sent.  My husband actually talked to Kirk, who by the way was very rude and not helpful and hung up on my husband) and Kirk said when I checked the box that I agree with the terms and conditions of this trial offer, I agreed to continue the product at full price and would be charged for it if I did not cancel within the 14 day trial period.  I only checked it because the order would not go through without doing so.  They really do not give you 14 days to try the product to even see if it is going to work.  
To be honest, I did not read the terms and conditions so I am screwed.  YOU MUST READ ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ANY PRODUCT YOU ORDER.  THE SAFEST THING TO DO IS NOT ORDER IT.  IF IT SAYS "FREE", IT PROBABLY ISN'T.  My next step is to contact the president of Green Coffee Products and I have his name.  They have messed with the wrong person.

I got an email from this company saying that they would be sending my next shipment and IMMEDIATELY responded a vehement NOOOOO. they said they cancelled the order. Guess what?  They cancelled the SHIPMENT, not the billing. I got promised a refund check today. This is REALLY EXPENSIVE STUFF AND IT GIVES YOU DIARRHEA LIKE THE DEVIL

I would like to remind us lucky Americans that while the product and the company may leave much to be desired--(this is one time when I, an almost Libertarian, am happy we in the USA have the busybody agency known as the FDA)--customer service is only the messenger.  They are in the Philippines, which explains the horrible connections, put on a very strict script, which explains their inability to answer too many questions, and are probably quite terrified they might lose their coveted job.  
Let's be charitable and wish them a Happy 2013.  Now the company.  They are, as my Grandmama used to say, "...a bunch of [***]..."

What is the address of this so called liposlim company? And the contact  number? I ordered this scam of a product on Sunday and was conned into giving them my credIt  card details, I wasn't told that it was going to be £79.99 every mth,  it was suppised to be for that free trail, nothing was signed and verified, I live in Northern Ireland that would be part of the UK,  so I need all the information I can get about this company so I can get my credit card cancelled etc, many thanks

I have just had £79.99 taken off my yesterday I am absolutely outraged! I too am in the uk I don't know how they can get away with this. I don't know if I will have to go to cancel my card or how I would go about taking further action. I hope this company gets shut down and people get their money bàck
