"Michael Ryder" called and said I was scheduled to receive a certified letter from him on April 26th.  He said that his client intended to file a claim against me in court if I did not call the above number back today.  He said that he would come to my home or my job an serve me.

I've gotten over 6 calls from someone who calls himself Jacob Bronson,threatening me with getting served.I do not owe for getting money over the intenet. I contacted my Atty. General who confirmed this is a scam.I also contacted the FBI. Do not give in to people trying to get money from you, that you know you don't owe.

I got a call from this number at my job and my cell claiming the same as **cleone520 only they stated I was put down as a relative of someone with my last name and that they would visit my residence and job to serve me with a letter to serve my relative with (who is not my relative) kind of scary wondering about what these people are doing with my name work and cell number and probably my address.

I got a telephone call claiming to be from a "Michael Ryder", but they were looking for a different name (that was not me). The message said that I was going to be served papers because of pending litigation filed against a social security number, and that he was going to show up at the home and work for this person. The message was very rude, with stern statements like "You have been notified", and telling me to call a number for mediation. I immediately searched the number on the internet, and found the number posted all over the internet that it's a scam.  The telephone number they called me with was listed as "blocked" and they did not specify a company they were from, nor did they include a business name for the "mediation firm".

I received a call on my land-line and cell phone from a James Voight (sp??).  The call was for my husband's cousin. The numbers aren't listed,  and I have never given them out before, especially to her.  The guy is trying to be intimating, but you just know he is a pencil pushing pipsqueak.
