"Unknown Name"

Getting calls from all numbers belonging to my spouse threatening legal action against her.  Funny thing is that they used her maiden name which she hasn't used in the 6 years we have been married.  The name given is a Charles Leonard.  They even called and left a message at her parents address.  This is obscene!

The exact same thing happened to me, calling parents and everything.....funny huh - and by the way there are no difinitive results for this company online.

Yeah I just got a call from (425)-670-8405 and (855)-248-4369 x 5170 ....the guys name is supposedly Fred Keenan ... said something about a notice of intent ... My name is my reply !

Tey have done the same with me! They called my deceased grandmothers phone!!! My father lives there now but its still the same number. He just called me and told me and said he thought it was important! I have no clue why these people are calling this number - its a state away even! Im so furious right now Im not sure what to do! Legal action? Really? i have perfect credit! What kind of scam is this company? Im going to report them on the BBB site! They left a message from 425-409-5113- Julius Romero and 855-248-4369- Scott! These people are out of control! Isnt there a law against this?

Randall Goins and Laurel Delmore are thinking that they got away with it again. They now operate under IAM IMR Inc... or IAM Inc... @ 18311 Bothell Everett Highway. They have no old employees except the ones working against them on the inside.

we get a call from this agy in WA - we are in AZ.  Looking for brother in WA.  NO idea why.  Brother has no claims.  Says it's a legal matter going to court?

My daughter used to work with them under anther name. It is a scam do not give then any money. Even the employees are being scammed and threatened. They hire the young girls and down on there luck people plus ex fellows to make there money then they don't get paid.

I was receiving calls from IM&R and now I'm getting calls from IAM who say they bought my "account" from them when they went out of business.  I can't even find out what IAM stands for.  They are relentless and since I haven't had a credit card for 9 years, I don't know whrer these people are coming from or getting their information.  Does anyone know how to make them stop?  Does anyone have any info on what IAM stands for?

I received a call from Ryan Williams  "I A M, Inc. (425) 949-8429 Letter of Intent for an old debt.
Sounds formal but if you take into consideration they are bill collectors that are paid on commission. You would sound formal also:)

You need to report them to the State Attorney General's Office in the state of Washington.  Also, report them to your state attorney general's office.  This is a scam.  Do not give them any of your information!!!  I just started laughing at them and told them what I found out them.  They have not called me back.  Good Luck!

They sent me a letter and the name of the company on the heather was misspelled :Integral Aqusitions & Management

First calls from IM&R then IAM and now a company called New Leaf Solutions.  Are these still the same guys?  They have the same area code as the other 2.  New Leaf doesn't have a website but the have a Facebook page.  Does anyone know anything about them?

My son, myself, his wife, his father and other family members have been getting the same type of threatening phone calls from this number and other like it, from I.A.M., Inc. -- which supposedly stands for Integrated Acquisitions and Management, Inc. (which is a chemical engineering business; I checked!).  Again, same stuff--saying it is an outstanding credit card debt for my son, blah, blah, blah; will not provide any further information; will not supply you with debt information; nothing except saying they want to work out a payment plan.  Please, people, DO NOT say YES to any of that stuff!!  Everyone is right.  This is a scam operation.  They are attempting to scare you into paying them some kind of money.  And they call and call and call, even if you do not answer.  They call my son's father, and when he answers, they hang up on him after he says hello.  Duhhh .... Do report to your State Attorney General's Office and the Federal Trade Commission, the BBB, and to the state of Washington's Attorney General's Office.  Someone in power somewhere has to be able to stop these people!  If anyone knows who/what/where, we will join a class action suit against them.  I put debt collector as call type, but they say they are a "mediation firm" ... I work for attorneys; they are NOT mediating anything.

I don't want anyone to get mad at me but I was an employee for IAMinc. Let's just get to the nitty gritty... I moved into Washington from out of state and was desperate for a job. Towards the end of January I saw an add in Seattle craigslist so I sent a resume and they answered. I was told to come in for "orientation" on Feb, 4th... so I did. I was afraid it would be a collection agency and it was but I needed the money. I worked for them for one week and quit because it was horrible! The one week I was there I saw about 50 different people come and go. It's been 35 day's since I quit and they are refusing to pay me! This place makes me sick and I will be back soon with more information about then including a phone number and address!!!
