I got a call from an unknown # they left a message to call 855 255-5692 so i can confirm my address and be served because i had a case against me. she didnt give me company name she just said my case had just gotten to her desk, dont know what i should do, i have been scamed before. please advise.

this number is linked to a questionable Debt Collector Company known as MUTUAL ASSOCIATES, LLC. Their address is 1515 SHOPTON RD; CHARLOTTE, NC 28217-3172. I know they collect debt for a payday company CashNet.com. Not sure how reputable they are. A woman calling for this questionable collection business goes by name of Jackie/Jacque London. Another number they call from is (888) 357-6547. They are also possibly linked to (704) 506-8072

These so called debt collectors are 100% scammers, always bullying people into paying on a debt that does not even exist.
Serving papers to collect any debt owed are done through the Courts via Sheriff's office. Its best to completely ignor such
unwarranted calls, or you can have a little fun with the caller by using their illegal tactics against them.
