They are a collection agency representing QVC (GE Capital Corp). I had paid this off, but since Synchony Bank bought off GE Capital Accts, they are trying to double dip with consumers.

Hmmm.  Chrysler Capitol you say?  My son had to cut his payments in half for a while to get things straightened out.  When he bought his car, they financed it through Chrysler Capitol, and I had to agree to pay the bills if he couldn't.  Co-sign I think it's called.  So when he got behind, I started getting hammered on a daily basis by Chrysler Capitol!

Oh my, they are also connected to Synchrony Bank?  OK.  Now I know who to talk to.  When their number comes up it won't give a name only the phone number.  But when I called back (I never take calls labeled unknown or not provided) the person says that my phone number isn't listed.  They also say the same for my address or name!!

This number calls my house 1 -2 times a day and the message is a recorded message saying they are Global Debt Collection.  It amazing that if they are a TRUE collection agency it would be a real person on the other line

DON'T KNOW WHO THIS IS

I have at least two messages from this number each day.  I have no idea who is trying to collect a debt.  I was given a number to call but when I call it it is the same message as was left on my machine no person to talk to.
