same message I have an order against me one chance to call. Then 2 hrs later the same # called me 810-991-7759 and said im pre-approved for a loan. WTH? Im thinking scam anyone else?

I got a call from them also stating i had one chance to contact them and give them the address for work or home so they could serve me with papers for defrauding a financial institute. I called the number back and they answered the phone with business name of ACCURATE. After speaking for a long time with the operator they said that I could stop it TODAY only if I pay $600 with a credit card that was issued from Bank not a reloadable one.  I told him a had no money..He ask when I could possibly pay it, so i told him the next time i get paid  i might have a little extra money..But i would not do nothing until i had in writing that they represented the place that i had an old debt with. He said he could not and that the old debt person does not have any record of my debt because it has been washed and in this places files now.  WTH..do they think im stupid??...lol....  Thirty minutes later I got a call from a different number with same message.   UGGHHH

JUST GOT A CALL FROM A ERICA MAROON FROM A 216-927-1763 TELLING ME TO CALL 855-259-9944....WHO CALLS TO SERVICE YOU WITH PAPERS THEY COME CERTIFIED IN THE MAIL. THEY THINK WE ARE STUPID AND IF YOU  MAKE ANY ARRANGEMENTS WITH THEM YOUR NOT CRAZY YOU PLAIN OLD STUPID. I HAVE AN ATTORNEY AND THESE COMPANIES BUY THESE ACCOUNTS FOR LITTLE TO NO MONEY AND THEN THIS COMPANY TRIES TO COLLECT AND THEY DON'T HAVE YOU INFORMATION BECAUSE ITS LIMITED INFO FROM AN OLD ACCOUNT. TELL THEM NOT TO CALL YOU ANYMORE ANYTHING THEY NEED TO DISCUSS SEND IT IN WRITING. TELL THEM YOU WILL CALL YOUR ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICE AND FILE A COMPLAINT THE FTC. I GUARENTEE THEY WANT CALL YOU BACK FROM THAT NUMBER BUT LIKE ME THEY CALL 6 WEEKS LATER WITH THIS 216 NUMBER BUT LEFT THE 855 NUMBER FOR A CALL BACK. TAKING MY INFORMATION AND VOICEMAIL TO MY ATTORNEY TODAY. THEY WILL STOP CALLING OR I WILL PURSUE THEM FINANCIALLY. BEST WISHES ALL...KNOW YOUR RIGHTS....

Got the same thing.  I think they are reading from a script.  Get calls like this a couple times a year.  Ignore them.

This same guy called again and left a voice mail saying this was my last chance.  What process server would call you and tell you to call the 855 # to try to clear it up?  Really?  I did call that # and told them to tell him to quit calling my work and they claimed they don't have a way to contact him.  Also told them to send my something in writing (not email) showing who this account is from and any other info they may have.  She told me that they couldn't because they were a paperless company.  No company is completely paperless.

Got another one from Erica and this time her last name is MURRAY wow get it straight. I wrote down all the information and the account she gave me so I can give it to my attorney. these people don't seem to understand I could actually sue them for harrassment especially after i asked them not to call and to contact my attorney wow...

Anybody know name and address of this collection agency?  They call relatives and reference case #'s.  When you call to speak to them, they are rude and threatening.  I have spoken to a Christine, Crystal and Mike.  I would like to file a complaint with the FDCPA, but need their company name and address.
