This is a call from a debt collector holding accounts for T-Mobile.  Nice enough lady...Too bad I got laid off AGAIN TODAY...or I would be glad to pay this debt off so they can stop calling.

This number (855) 260-7347, belongs to the Richard Breibart Law Firm's Birmingham, AL office. They're a debt collection agency dealing with T-Mobile accounts as well as others.

Getting calls from them. We had already spoken to them and t-mobile over this as we never had service with them. The collection agency gave us a 6 digit acct number which t-mobile has no record of also t-mobile has no record of us and they stated that their acct numbers are 9 digits (if i remeber right). Calls stopped for a while now they have started back up. I don't know what to do.

I have not gotten any calls from them however I have received a letter stating that I owe tmobile over $100 and dates back to 2009. tmobile said I have a $0 balance and I have not had service with them for years. I strongly believe that this scenario is part of a scam as a matter of fact I googled and researched some information supporting this. I am simply suggesting that you do not make any payment arrangements until you confirm the debt.
