some guy calls and says he has sealed private documents for me and i have to make myself available for him and if i dont its considered failure to comply. oh my god what a load of crap!!! i swear these debt collectors they just never go away do they. i think this is some payday loan i had and i never paid it back. its funny how these people think they can scare someone. what they dont realize is that i know the law, and all they can do is ring ring my phone and send me a letter which i laugh at and throw in the trash.

This guy named David Lyons claims he is a courtier for my county. No messages left as to what this pertains to but says he will be showing up at my house with "documents that require 2 forms of ID from my county". Anyone know what this bs is???

I just got home and had the same person leave the same message. It was for my son (who has been in prison for 3 years)but the only number they have is mine. I believe it is some tricky collection people. I called the number they left to change the appointment and It does not say who it is just to leave a message so I did! Did I ever...! Really do they think we are that stupid!
