Got a call from this number, and they actually left a voice mail asking if I wanted to receive these calls.  It was automated and identified itself as being from Global Tel Link.  If you search on that name you'll find it relates to an inmate telephone service from your local correctional institution!  I don't know what it was about and did not call back, but I would be extremely suspicious of taking any calls from this number!

They called my # at 8:40    did not leave a message   , didnt pick up

This number calls me atleast once a week since July 2012. Never leaves a voicemail and always calls when I'm at work. Did call once after 8pm and still did not leave a voicemail

Called the number back...Automated message stating that the offices of Time Warner Cable are closed, mystery solved

Called back - Time Warner Cable.  It calls a few times a week.
