Said I could get lower rates on my credit card, I told them I don't have a credit card and they hung up.

Mine was just a recording saying I had been selected as a valued customer to lower my interest rates.  I am putting curses upon those behind this, and all of their loved ones.  

Don't answer calls from unknown IDs.

Just got a call from this number. First was a recording saying this was my last notice about credit card rates. I pushed 1 to talk to a real person and asked about the low rates and she hung up. Didn't give me a chance to go off. Darn it.

Received two call's within 20 minutes from this number.  Never left a message.  I don't answer unfamiliar calls.  They call throughout the day.  So annoying!!!

I just got a call from this number.  I did not answer and they did not leave a message.   Since they did not leave a message I assume they are telemarketers and so I have added this number to my blocked call list.  

My phone number has been on the National Do Not Call Registry since August 2003 so if they are telemarketers, they are violating the law.

To block calls like this I got a Panasonic KX-TGE245B that allows me to block up to 250 numbers and/or area-codes.  Panasonic has several new 2014 models that will block that many numbers.  You simply save the CID to the blocked list.  You can also block area codes by adding them to what they call a “Range List” (you are blocking the range of numbers starting with that area code).    

Many say they that the caller does not leave a message.  From this number 855-269-4491 did leave a message.  It was about lowering credit card interest rates to 0 percent.   Must have at least one credit card in good standing......   I never did call back.  I also have the caller blocking but that will only keep legitimate businesses from calling not the scam people.  Calling the FTC does not much good they only take down the number but not the man power to investigate I guess.

I would like to know the name of the carrier providing this service to this scam. I want them to know they are aiding and abetting criminals.They should be held accountable for allowing criminals to use this service.

These creeps are costing us money, as each call is charged to us for at least one minute even if we don't answer. If it's an illegal call to a do/not/call number, that's theft. I wish we could get attorneys general to file class action suits.

ILLEGAL pre-recorded message "last chance" (OH I WISH !!) to lower my credit card rate to 6%.
ILLEGALLY transmitted caller id as "toll free caller"
if the company name is not on caller id display don't bother expecting a legitimate company.

I keep getting calls from this number. Even called in and told them to stop. They still keep calling. Wish they could understand DO NOT CALL!!!!!

I would take legal action against these guys if I could find how!!

I do the same thing. I also  have a new Panasonic Phone I bought this year, I agree if they don't leave a message and there is no caller ID to know who they are, then it must me a B/S call. I simply add it to the "blocked call" list - Greatest phone feature ever invented ! By the way, I think the National Do Not Call Registry has to be renewed or something. I get a lot of calls that I should not be getting as I too am on the "Nat. Do Not Call Registry " list. What's up with that?
