Called and said they came to my door to serve me a Summons but no one answered so they are calling to let me know they will intent again....caller ID showed them as "out of area". They had the last 4 of my social and I verified yes. So I then asked who is the client to which he replied "the clients have retained attorney Michael David of Whittier". I checked and there is no such attorney with that name in Whittier. Next I asked him what court is this thru and he said Whittier court. I told him Whittier court is no longer open. He fumbled his words and said that he only had limited information. He told me to call 855-271-5761 and give this case number....EO362290CR. He then says that he will call ahead and let them know that I will be calling soon. I do not intend to call this number. In fact, I contacted my own attorney to ask him about this. I already know its a scam but I'm just curious if anyone else he knows was called regarding this BS.

yes I got this call yesterday,telling me the very same thing except they said Nicole Davis was the lawyer and gave me a case # also.They said they were on their way to my office to serve me with a summons,of course no showed up
