I keep receiving a call from this number 855-272-1416.  They tell me they are going to be at my home or employer tomorrow  to issue me some documents to sign.  If at my employer I must have my Supervisor present to sign as a witness.  They just say they are a private firm and give a case #, but don't say what it is regarding.  Who and the hell are these people??  Maybe well see tomorrow, although I assume it is an empty threat.

I get the same message - threatening to come to my employer or my home... exactly the same dialogue.  I called and within ONE RING they answered.

These calls are from IAG a collection company who has NO RIGHT to threaten you over the phone. DO NOT GIVE ANY INFO OR AGREE TO ANYTHING WITH THEM!!! If they ask if you are so and so, just say no and hang up, or tell them do not call this number. Be sure to call BBB, and I would even call to local offices looking for outside help. On BBB they have a lot of complaints!!!

They aren't going to show up.  I have had them telling me this for over 6 months and I always invite them to show up.  They never do.  they leave messages saying that if you dont rectify the situation within 24 hours they are going to come after you.  I believe its a payday loan.  Be careful.  don't fall into their trap.  read the law they are just trying to collect the money and it must be close to the statute of limitation to where they can even sue you for it... don't even make one payment b/c if you do the clock starts ticking all over again.. Just ignore the calls... they aren't going to do anything.
