Same here. A man keeps calling me every day saying he has papers for me and several family members to sign and that we must have a current identification to show him. When we try to call him back his number keeps ringing busy. The attoerney Generals office told me if he comes to my employer or to my residence to call the police on him! They said it may be a scam!!!!

Hi I received a call from a woman telling me that she was going to serve me papers at my job i need an id and a witness there. i called the # spoke with a man named Roger. He informed me i owed money from a bill. he said that I could money gram it and then call him. he said he would stop court proceedings? How would he have personal info.without being an atty office and they also had a docket #..I dont know what to do now?

I received a message from a woman stating she was coming to my job tomorrow. i called the # and spoke with a man named roger. he said if i moneygram the $. they could stop court proceeding, he had TMI about the bill. Now i am nervous and dont know what to do. they are in Amherst,NY

Dude its a scam debt collector..do not give them any info....

Don't be nervous..do not call them..they are a debt collector using scam tactics....I recevd a similar call today and googled, call the phone company and found nothing on what they left me..told me to call 855-414-8850 and 855-483-1858--boh unlisted tool free numbers..basically untraceable..they must have alot of numbers look up "all Stat Litigation" on Google and you will see similar stories...pleas do not call them back
