Jordan called, without naming his company, saying I had been charged with tech fraud and had to call back within 24 hours--or else they would "execute the paperwork."  Apparently, in an unnamed court, my case is pretrial docket 18002.

Just got a call for a Judy Rucshe ?? Claiming that there was alleged check fraud charges. Think this guy needs to get a clue. My name is not Judy. Called the 1-855-273-2995 # and left him a nasty message.  

got a call from # 855-273-2995. Inv. Jordon was looking for Michelle Brooks-Nelson. said if she didnt call
back within 24 hours she would be charged with check froud. pre trial# 10373. I called the number. it is a
firm in New York that picks up possible warrents and tries to find people. I have not seen Michelle in several years.
This is my estranged doughter. The message that was left on my phone was a threatning type and I saved it.

I received a VM from an Investigator Jordan...didn't state what company he was from...but said I was being investigated for check fraud (funny...because I don't write checks, so how can one be investigated for them)...he left a phone # to call back with a pre-trial docket # (but didn't state which State or Court it belonged to) and said I had 24 hours to return his call or he was executing paperwork?? Ummm...sounds a little fishy to me. Anyone else get this kind of call??

i received the same call. i called back and said i knew they were fake and i contacted the police and he said 'go down the police station and just turn yourself in for something about a forged instrument' lol are you serious? they went down the line and called all my family from my maiden name. lied about a loan i supposedly took out that i never even heard of. but they had my soc#, address, and all my info. said theyve been trying to contact me for 6 years. then why just NOW did we hear from you! ##SCAM##

received call from Jordan from unnamed company regarding some "court orders" he was holding until I returned his call for "alleged" check fraud. He used my maiden name which I have not legally used in over 10 years. I definitely don't have any outstanding "charges" against as my friend works for local police department and ran my record. Gave me a "pretrial docket no. 46118 which is bogus since all docket nos have numeric county codes as well as codes for civil or criminal complaints.

That same number called me and said the same thing and they knew the name of my wifi account... They didn't know my whole families names but they did ask my name and my dads name n bdays... It's some kind of scam....
