It's a debt collector.

I received a call from a Tim Johnson from Northern Acquistions Group (855-274-6647) saying I needed to call them back ASAP because I was being served papers to my work or home address. I never received anything from this company, so I started to ignore the calls. Then I get a call from them again leaving a message saying I have a court date set up on 12/12/12 and they needed to go over the packet with me. Again I have not paperwork saying I have to go to court for what ever they are sueing me for. I called them and told them they can not take me to court if I did not do anything or did not have any paperwork served to me saying I had to go to court. The guy was very nasty to me on the phone and told me he was trying to help me out by settling today. I told him why settle now if I have to go to court then. I told him this is a scam and I am reporting this company and number. He said this is not a scam and he will see me in court then. I told him to stop calling my work and home phone and if I got another call I was going to the police station. He hung up on me. So all in all this was pretty much a scam as I did not receive paperwork and I could not find any information on this company any where. I

Got the same call, this time a woman's voice. Court date of 12/12/12 and Mr. Myers wants a statement from me. These people are crazy and out of their minds. Don't even know what this is about. Clearly a big scam. Beware of these number and all 855, 877, 866 numbers. Most of them are scammers or debt collectors that try to make money the dirty way. Once you answer they will not leave you alone and just irritate you.

I got a call saying that am being notified of a case that s being brought against me, and that I need to get a lawyer..the guy didnt say who he works for.

I received the exact same call about court on 12/12/2012, i did the same thing and called them and same thing happened to me.

These loonies called my phone...same thing!  If they knew anything about legal, they would know a person must be served before appearing in court!  Same mess, court date set 12/12/12....what is this the end of the world!  Don't trust them, don't give them any money, and don't give them your time!

Just got a call from them today.    The call went to voicemail.  I was served some kind of paperwork/package?  No, I was not.  Never.  They didn't ask for me or anyone by name, that was a clear sign that this is a scam.  If there was some official paperwork involved, they would need to verify the name and phone number.  Not going to pursue this.  But, yes, the caller was very, demanding and official sounding.  They are good at their game.  I don't even owe anyone or business money?

I received a call from a Tim Johnson from Northern Acquistions Group (855-274-6647). This is a scam from people in call center located in Buffalo NY. Ignore em, or go find em and teach them some manners. Personally I would go for the latter. :)

I received the same call today.  I let it go to voicemail.  tim Johnson, and they did not ask for me by name.  He stated there is a case linked to my SSN & name, and I need to call immediately.  I just blocked them, so when they call it will pick-up & hang-up.  they can't even leave a message.  If you are interested, I have an App called Mr Number, you can block text & calls!!!

I just got this voicemail saying they have a linked case with my social security number & that I need to call them immediately. I know it's a debt collector because this is not the first time this happens & this is quite annoying!!!

Ive been getting calls from the same people . telling me that they are taking me to court , I don't know what to do
