This number belongs to Keller  & Associates.  They are a debt collection agency.  NOT a law firm as they imply.  They called my mother and strongly implied that they were trying to serve a WARRANT for my arrest.  When I returned their call, they again implied they were trying to serve legal court papers on me but when pressed they finally admitted that they have not filed ANYTHING with a court of law and in fact this was in a "pre-file" status.  They gave both my mother and me a "document" number  strongly implying it was a DOCKET number.  When I asked what court this was filed in - that's when she admitted it was not filed in a court.  I am reporting them to both the state attorney general's office and the FCC for violating both the "threatened to sue" statute (15 USC 1692e § 807(5) and the "disclosed my debt to 3rd party" statute 15 USC 1692c §805(b) of the Fair Debt Collection Act.  I highly recommend anyone else with my situation do the same.  The particular debt that they were calling about was an old debt whose statute for collection was running in the next few months.
