Received call from 855 277 9742. Lady identified herself as Jennifer Brooks indicating that she will be forwarding documents for criminal charges pertaining to payday loan (which never existed).

The same exact person called me said I was being served with papers also. Which was a account 6 years ago that I closed. Claiming I'll be served with papers. And I told her it's not that hard to find me bring the papers to my house

I do not know who this company is or the company. Is this a scam?

This lady Jennifer Brooks called and said she had documents to delliver. I do not know who this person is or what the are looking for. Is this a scam. I read other peoples  report it.

I have been receiving this message so far today twice today and a couple times yesterday! It's funny the call that leaves the voice message is from a 626 area code. But when they want you to call back its a 856 Area code! I believe it's a scam! I had notified my attorney and he said it's a scam!!!

This lady Jennerfer brooks has been saying I got a loan 4 years ago . There willing to do a payment arrangement with me . I paid them 30.00 just so that they can send me an e mail with my payment arrangement . I called them yesterday because I never received my receipt and no answer. I called her this morning and according to her a car crashed into the pole from her office and the electricity went out and couldn't send it . And supposedly she was also out of the office yesterday . This is all a scam . Jennerbrooks says she works for ubs pre ledigation in heart ford Connecticut . She's also associated with Bridget Thompson so be aware . It's all a scam !

My husband and I both received this call both calls looking for him. When he called back they insisted all this same info but knew some of his personal business. What should we do about it?

I went to the bank today because I them a payment for 30$ And then I went to cancel it because I knew it was fraud. At chase bank they told me the funds were being taken out of a medical office . So how are they lawyers or debt collectors and collecting from a medical office ??? It's all a scam ! Don't give them anything and just block them from your phone

SCAM SCAM SCAM Voice mail identified as Joan Brooks, having "documentations" that needed to be delivered relative to some legal matter (there is none, of course).

keep getting harrassing calls at work from this number this has to be a scam they keep saying they are gonna send someone to arrest me that i own them a payday loan from 2012 which i know i paid off this has to be a SCAM wish i could get them to stop calling my place of employment

Received the same voice mail, looks like Lakefront Processing solution has sold their ghost debts to these guys.  Beware, these guys are sneaky and will [***] their way to your money. If you ever got a payday loan, they will take it out on you because your information is sold 15 times over.

Jennifer Brooks called saying she had a faxed order to sent me documents.  Didn't say what for, call came from 860-365-6077 but told me to call her back at 855-277-9742. SCAM!

received a call today stating that i owe money from 2008 and they sent a letter in 2011 and i'm getting served papers. they had most of my information which i didn't confirm or deny when they asked. i told them to send the papers and i will give them to my lawyer.

The same thing happen to me today.  I asked to speak with Jennifer and the person became angry.  This was for payday loans through Altra Credit Union.  Now charges and garnishment will be done.  This never happen what a scam!!!!!!

Same incident, Jennifer Brooks. Called the actual local # that showed on my phone and it was over an unpaid paydayloan. Sounded so legit had my last 4 of sacial/bank account number. But after taking a breather and quick thinking I refused to give info over the phone and asked for a call back number. I called back and they accidentally connected me to a lady that was calling em for the same bogus call. IT'S A SCAM BE CAREFUL!!!!!! SCAM.....

Jennifer Brooks called a said that I have a package, and I would have to call back to receive it..Yeah right lady.  If you have the phone number (with todays technology) you have my address...SCAM ARTIST FOR SURE!

Same thing just happened.

Just got a call.  My cell phone showed the number of 502-286-8777.  The person said her name was Jennifer Brooks calling in reference fax order on record for me (then stated my automated name).  This person stated that it was a final attempt and I needed to return the call for delivery of the documentations.  Gave me a phone number to call back of the 855-277-9742

My mom called me and said I need to get in touch with  Jennifer Brooks because she had some papers she needed to send to my address.. I knew it was a scam  so as soon as my mother gave me the phone number i typed it into google (Like always).. So i could see how many other people got the call also!! I make sure to tell my family and friends to watch out for calls like this and to Google the phone number
