Saying I owe 583 to liberty ... Payday loan from 2012 . Never applyed for a payday loan through this company. Told me to get a great lawyer

Called me saying I owed money $583. Never did a payroll loan.

Saying I owe money that I don't owe and redirecting me to another number then

they called me telling that i have to pay 530 dollar, i told the to go f.. them self and take me to court. They called my mom cell and then she called me asking what is that.

Same here. But I can't higher it was real good thing. I hung up

Received all same as others here. Called me and used my ex's last name, been divorced and name changed since 2007! It's 2016 and they tried to say I owed some short term loan from way back then for $480. Almost 10 years later? Not too mention I've never taken a loan or a payday loan. Accents that made it hard to fully understand them and would not give me info on what this loan was, exactly when and where. They just got rude the more I interrogated them. Said arbitration and court, blah blah blah...
Of course they then mention me settling before being taken to court by paying them. I let them know I'm not falling for their scam (in angry words though) and if this is legit I'll wait for a letter in the mail with my court date.
My mother in law text me half hour later and said she got a phone call asking for me with my old last name also! So they search for info related to you and will harass anyone your name is linked to! Looking at call times they actually called her an hour before calling me.
Do not fall for this scam!!!

I WANT THESE PEOPLE TO STOP CALLING MY NUMBER

This number repeatedly calls me every single day. I have called once and said "This is not the person you are looking for, please remove my # off of this list." The lady (who barley speaks English) says "Okay, I will remove your number." The next day, I yet again get another call from them. I let it go to v/m and don't think twice about it. Then I get another call, finally call them back and tell them to REMOVE my number again! The lady hangs up on me. I called back and I said, remove my number! I have already told you before! she said, well if you keep talking to me like that, I wont remove it and we'll keep calling you! and hangs up on me. I have called back numerous times and they just keep hanging up before I can even talk! Finall, today.. I get a call while I'm at work, I pretend to be the person they are calling for and they said I have an outstanding balance from a loan for $510.00 and I need to pay them money before I get sent to court. This conversation went out for about 5 minutes until I said, THIS IS NOT THE NUMBER, PLEASE REMOVE ME! she said " well the reason we keep calling is because you keep telling us that you aren't who you say you are! I have had it with these people!! I have filed every complaint possible! This is a FAKE CALL! no matter what they tell you, its all fake!!

I got a call from this number asking for a William Gilbert. When I called back, they again said they were looking for William Gilbert Jr. First off, I'm Billy Gilbert.... my dad is Billy Gilbert Jr. Many people think my name and my dad's name is really William and we use Billy for short. I explained that. I called a total of 4 times... 3 times I was hung up on... the 4th time I said You guys clearly don't want to talk to me to explain things... so F*** You and DON'T CALL BACK and hung up. I believe this to be a scam seeing as to how they couldn't identify any information with me and despite my efforts to figure this out!

This exact thing happened to me today! I also sod I'll have my lawyer call in the morning

This is to collect a debt. I was told this is a Arbitration company .

They call my phone looking for my daughter.  They say she has a paid day loan from 2011 and 2012 She has not worked since2009 and has no checking account and no payday loans.

Calling me about debt collection for someone else.  When I try to speak to someone they hang up or redirect my call.
