Called and said I had a payday loan from 2011.  Refused to give me my full SS number and said the case was going to court.  I said fine, do it.  it's a SCAM

885-283-8184 Called about 10 minutes ago  I saw  this number I didn't know had the number as the ID so I clicked on and then off, effectively hanging up on them I do this now to all numbers I do not know. If it is important they will call right back, so far no one has called right back. ;)

Called me yesterday and today telling me I had a payday loan from 2010 (I do not). I asked for verification, they sent me some second rate notice on generic letterhead. This is a SCAM.

same...they said I had a loan from oct 2011...scary thing is they gave me legit but old info...old email, old address. they even verified the last 4 of my social. I didn't provide anything, but I said I was me and gave my email so they could email this said claim. sounds like a scam....keep an eye on your credit reports.

same. Got a call from this number and asked for some documentation and it was a generic letterhead.  Sent these to my state's attorney generals office

They called saying I took out a payday loan and said I was being sued. They said it was done online. I advised no I never did send me the paperwork because I am filing a police report.  He then said this is from 2011 you cant file a police report. I said upon learning a loan was taken fraudently I can make a police report. He said wait till your served I said I have no problem give me the paperwork and I will be submiting it to my attorney he then nervously hung up.

Keep calling mine and m, husbands phone,said i owe money on loan. Never took loan out, told them to send paperwork, never got paperwork but keep getting the calls.

These fools first started calling my daughter on her cell and at my home phone claiming there was a case and provided a reference#.  Then once she didn't reply back they started calling her brother.  Then just recently they started calling me on my cell asking for me but giving my daughters reference number.  Now they are calling my sister her aunt asking for me giving the so-called reference# for my daughter.  I thought there were laws against this kind of harassment?    How do you stop these calls?  You block them and they will change the # you blocked and call some more.

I'm getting the same calls. Called me yesterday and today. When I called them back they said I owed bc I defaulted on a loan from 2010 from a company named TTI Holdings(never took out a loan then). When I kept saying I had no idea what they were talking about he said if I didn't pay id be taken to court.

I looked up TTI Holdings... it's a company that "fabricates plates"!
