This number called my mother in law telling her something about a civil suit and needed information from my husband

They called stating they were the "legal dept" offices off NCW and if I didn't call back w/in a reasonable amount of time legal action would be taken and court case would be pending..

I got a call from this number during which the called said he was trying to contact my brother regarding a civil suit over a debt. My brother had a failed business, so I thought perhaps it was legit. I only took down their number and told my brother. He thinks it is a scam, and I think he might be right.

I got a call from this number saying they needed information from my father for a civil suit and pending court date.  Said they were from National Credit Works Incorporated.

My friend keeps getting calls from this number regarding her file and to call back with her file number but they dont mention who the call is for.

This company calls and leaves messages multiple times per day saying that there is an issue with something returned by my bank.  Didn't happen!!  No such issue!!

omg if this company calls another family member of mines Im gonna loose it.. This company is legit, Ive talked to them, yes I owe it, yes its on my credit, but [***] I have no money! what the hell the want mee to do??
