GOT A CALL FROM THIS PHONE NUMBER

I GOT THIS CALL AT WORK ON FRDIAY 13TH 2012 THEY WERE ASKING MY EMPLOYER WERE I WAS AND THEY NEED TO TALK TO ME. MY EMPLOYER ASKED TO IT WAS  HE SAID IS NAME WAS MARK  AT 855 288-2270 EXT 310 . I WAS SO EMBRASSED  I DID NOT KNOW WHO IT WAS FROM THEY TOLD MY EMPLOYER I NEED A LAWYER PRESENT BECAUSE THEY WERE GOING TO SEND THE POLICE TO PICK ME UP .

someone by the name of Edward calling from 855-288-2270 saying he is from a company called Erie Mitigation Group keeps calling me threatening me saying that he is an Investigator and that I need to get hold of my Lawyer because the police are going to arrest me at work. when asked what for he stated for a bill. I told him I had filed BK and the Company that he stated was on that BK he said it did not matter that the police were going to arrest me. well I just want to say way to go Mr. Edward your not very professional, although you did cause me to lose my new job. the  employer had stated that it was due to all the calls that they let me go. so now its time for a law suit against you and your company.

Ms Burris called from 855-288-2270 saying she was with Erie Investigation Group and has important paperwork for an employee to sign.  Sorry folks we don't play this game.  If you're an actual company, then call the employee at home.  Not at work......we don't allow these calls to go through.  You're wasting our time!!!!

This smells like a SCAM Company!  Don't give them any information.

I got a call from this number on my job the man was ranting that i am in ledigation and he wanted information on me. He said his name is Mr. Ferguson. and I need to get in touch with him right away.

This company has crossed the line, when it ask to speak to my Supervisor. Collections can not call you on your job!! I do know the law. I will purse further action!

These guys somehow got the number for my mother in law, told her I had given them her name and number as a reference. They then told her to have me contact them, Ms. Greenway, EXT. 303. For important documentation that needed my immediate legal attention.

I don't understand how these people call someone's job and discuss the debt with a supervisor before speaking with the person they are looking for. I think it's a total scam. I called the number and Ms. Greenway didn't even state the name of the business.. I was told they mailed me a letter weeks ago. I received no letter from this place so someone I have never spoke to from Erie Mitigation sends me  an email that looked like it was done in Microsoft word. No logo/letter head  just a word document that could have been typed by anyone..  If they call me again I will be going to the police, I have already filed a complaint with the ftc. If they are legit they are very unprofessional. If you could get arrested for not paying your bills there would be a lot more people in jail.
