Got a call from this number and they don't want to leave information. Say that are from a legal outlet called Brackenridge law offices. Give a case number and threaten with giving out warrants. Who are these people.

First time they called me, it was Tuesday April 23, 2012 on my personal cell phone!! They kept saying that they have a case against me, gave me a case number, and stated that it was important to reach me to serve me.  I work for a Police Agency and there is NOTHING pending city, county or state wide with my name on it.  They have also been calling my dad who is also works for the same Police Agency.   Now they threatend to come to my job to serve me and threatend me that I better be at my residence, and threatend to make me lose my job.  THIS IS A SCAM!!!! THEY ARE TRYING TO COLLECT MONEY THAT YOU DO NOT OWE!!!  I am making a police report and fighting back legally!!

i just got a call today and they threaten to take me to court and charge me $4800! if i didnt pay in 24 hours they would arrest me..they cant threaten people like that said my friend who  works at a law firm..but i was soo scared i quickly hung up the phone and called my law friends.. she said its just a debt collector...just terrible
