keep calling saying its an office with ref number about something counted against and have no idea who it is

Got a call and this was the call back number.  Was looking for someone else, message in a nut shell said they would be at my house or place of business within 2 hrs and I should wait for him (James Andrews). He had important papers, and if he was not able to contact or find whoever it was he was looking for he would turn over to the court. Sounded like a real bully, throwing words around that someone could take as being someone who serves papers of the court.  I did file a complaint with the AG office of my state.

Just received the same call but to be served by James Andrews by May 22nd.  Looks like I'll be filing a complaint as well and will save the message for them.

I just got the same call from James Andrews.  I was just curious if this turned out to be legit or not?  He seemed pretty serious.

called harassing and threatening to serve papers. Said they would be at my job on a monday between 12-2. That was four months ago.

A debt collector.  Says it's regarding a "legal" matter. Scare tactic.  Totally not legal.  Tell them to F off!
