Called 5 times in 15 minutes.  Left a message for someone who isn't here.  Something about legal proceedings against this person.  Something about taking action.  It sounds to me, like a collection agency trying to scare someone.  I just wish they would get the right number and leave us alone as we are elderly people.  I am about ready to get rid of my phone line and get a cell phone.

someone from this number call me stating that the would have me arrested on my job if I did not pay them at least a 179 dollars upfront.

*SCAM* Maybe they do have the number right and they want a return call from you so they can charge you for calling them!

I DID NOT RECEIVE a call from this number (supposedly because caller id was UNAVAILABLE), HOWEVER the voicemail also mentions legal jargon and "you've been served" for someone or other and "you have the right to contact them at 855 298 1439, extension 150". Obviously fishing for a return phone call to a toll free number. If they really wanted to serve someone, a phone call won't do it.
