Calls daily and nobody answers. Children are afraid of the "ghost" caller.
You are scaring the kids! You need to stop.
So if you get a call form 855-314-4057, they are probably checking to see when your young children are home or if home is left unattended. Any suspicious people in your neighborhood around the times of these calls? You had better stay alert and be safe.

Its not always the exact same number but it is a 855 area code that calls several times

Called the number back, 855,-314-4057, as I have received a call multiple times daily recently.  It was identified as the  Leukemia & Lynphoma Society, stated they were conducting their annual fund drive.  I do contribute to their organization, but not via telephone requests.

I have been annoyed by this phone number all hours of the day and night.  I answered it finally and they hung up without saying anything.

If I do get to speak to someone, they hang up the minute I say that I'm on a no call list. I now express an interest what they're calling about, then I yell a quick obscenity into the phone at the top of my lungs. I intend to do this all the time now, morons. And if they keep calling, I'll keep yelling. Feels good!

Yes they called here this morning- I called them back recorded message from Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.  The recording provides an option for removing your number, I chose to not use it as I am on the DNC list already and I don't trust anyone!  I just dont answer my phone.I have an answering machine and only those who need it have my cell number. Annouing buggars!

They just call and hang up when I answer. Irritating!

Calls daily changes organizations name each time. Scam. SCAM SCAM! Reporting all calls from these numbers to AG office BBB and local police keeping phone logs and turning over to all 3 offices. Recommend any and all who are bothered by these calls to do the same.

This number is shown in my caller ID, and I hear from "them" at LEAST once a day, but usually more.  The name that shows on the screen is simply "Toll Free Channel."  If I answer it, nobody is there.

Okay- just to let everyone know...the Do Not Call list is for goods and services and not for nonprofit agencies.  That means that the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society can actually call you.  If you receive a phone call and there is no one there, have patience and someone will be on the line shortly- they are most likely calling you from what is called an auto-dialer, which means the computer is doing the dialing for them.  If you are polite, and ask to be placed on their do not call list, they will do so.

Call the number and follow the instructions to be removed from their calling list.

No message. Rang a few times and I didn't answer and it stopped. Put the call into call blocking on my phone. This is the best way to defeat these guys. My phone is a Uniden with "call blocking" of 20 numbers. After awhile you will run out of space so go back and delete a few of the first ones. They seem to give up after being blocked a few times. Works great! I get very few calls now.
